Reviews
The boba list looked interesting but there were many tags indicating they were out of ingredients. Since it’s warming up I chose their grapefruit Royal tea specialty. So good!
Great selection of Boba teas, and with some interesting new ones with milk. We had popcorn chicken (great) and lychee green tea with aloe (yum). For some reason their aloe floats up vs. other Boba places where it sinks.
Service was fast, and the staff was friendly. There are some chairs to sit inside, but you probably want to use the chairs outside while we are in a pandemic.
I dropped by on a late Saturday afternoon while exploring around. I got the Pineapple Tea, and it was really refreshing! It wasn't too sweet, but tasty enough while I walked around. The staff were really polite and got me my order really fast.
When I came in, there wasn't really anyone in the shop, but a big group had just left. They have a few tables inside and a couple tables outside. I would definitely come back.
I’m very excited that a real milk tea store finally opened in Los Altos downtown!
As of Jan 5, they were still in the soft opening. I wanted to get a caramel milk tea but they ran out of an ingredient so I got the brown sugar milk tea instead. It tasted great, not too sweet nor plain. Well balanced between the milk and tea, but I wish the pearls to be more chewy. Great customer service, cute interior design, and very easy to find parking
Service was great and fast. The drinks and food are good. Would definitely come back here again and have it as one of my go-to for boba drinks.
This is the first time I’ve been to this T4 and my Roasted Oolong Tea was very watered down. I think it could be okay if I went back; so, I might consider it. Tea Era in Mountain View is my favorite spot.
The boba was horrible: hard and disgusting. I ordered 0 percent sugar on another drink and it was still an assault on my palate. I am aware that T4s usually are sweet, but at another T4, where I also get 0 percent sugar, it is much less sweet than it was here. Avoid this store.
Service was mediocre. I am not sure if it is their fault the boba was atrocious, but the sweetness definitely could have been adjusted.
Wonderful, when they’re open. I’ve showed up here during business hours numerous times to find them randomly closed early with no warning.
I’m all for keeping reasonable hours but don’t list your hours as 9pm if you’re really going to close at 8.
